Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how SnapScore: Choose Best Pic AI ("we," "our," or "the App") handles your data. The App is owned and operated by Harsha Krishna K.
By downloading and using SnapScore, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.
1. 100% On-Device Photo Processing (Zero Uploads)
SnapScore is designed as an offline-first utility.
No Image Uploads: All photo comparison, scoring, face analysis, and blur detection algorithms run entirely on your physical device.
Complete Privacy: We do not host, store, transfer, or have access to any photos you load or analyze in the App. Your photos never leave your device.
2. Information Collected and Transmitted
To help us improve the App, fix bugs, and optimize performance, we integrate third-party services that collect limited, anonymous information:
A. Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage. This includes anonymous events such as:
App installations and opens.
Custom feature interactions (e.g., performing a scan, tapping the paywall, completing a purchase).
Device characteristics (e.g., device model, OS version, region/country).
We do not collect any personal identifier (such as your name, email, or phone number) or link this data to your identity.
B. Diagnostics & Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
To ensure app stability and fix C++ (OpenCV) or Dart runtime errors:
If the App crashes, an anonymous report containing stack traces and device state metadata is sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics.
This diagnostics data is used strictly for debugging purposes.
C. In-App Purchases
All transactions (e.g., the SnapScore Pro Lifetime upgrade) are processed securely by Apple’s App Store Connect using your App Store account. We do not collect or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing info.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Your Photos: Temporary files created during the scanning process are deleted immediately after analysis. Cached images and thumbnails saved locally are deleted when you delete the session or uninstall the App.
Analytics & Crashes: Retained on Firebase servers in accordance with Google's standard data privacy retention schedules.
4. No Third-Party Data Sharing & Advertising
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any collected data with advertisers or data brokers. Device IDs and telemetry are used strictly for internal app diagnostics and performance optimization. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
5. Children's Privacy
Since we do not collect personal identifiers, the App is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
