Welcome to SnapScanner. These Terms of Use govern your use of the SnapScanner mobile application and related services provided by Apps10X Pvt. Ltd. ("Apps10X", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using SnapScanner, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of SnapScanner

SnapScanner provides tools for scanning, creating, editing, converting, organizing, and sharing documents and images. Features may include document scanning, PDF creation and editing, OCR, image conversion, AI-powered document enhancement, file compression, QR and barcode tools, and other related features.

You agree to use SnapScanner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the documents, images, files, and other content you create, scan, import, edit, store, or share using the app.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or process using SnapScanner.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to scan, copy, edit, convert, store, or share any content using SnapScanner.

You must not use the app to process or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others

• Contains unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful material

• Is used to impersonate another person or organization

• Is used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

SnapScanner is a document productivity tool. The app does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any scanned, converted, extracted, or edited content before relying on or submitting it for official, legal, financial, business, or other important purposes.

OCR, AI enhancement, document detection, and other automated features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

SnapScanner may offer free features, paid subscriptions, and other in-app purchases.

Paid subscriptions may provide access to additional or premium features. The available plans, pricing, billing periods, and features will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account after confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription terms.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.

• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's applicable policies.

Pricing and availability may vary by country or region and may change from time to time where permitted by applicable law.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If we offer a free trial, introductory offer, promotional offer, or other special pricing, the applicable terms will be shown to you before you accept the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription after the promotional period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.

6. Changes to Features and Services

We may update, modify, add, suspend, or remove features of SnapScanner at any time.

Some features may require an internet connection, a compatible device, specific operating system versions, or a paid subscription.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or remain unchanged.

7. Third-Party Services

SnapScanner may use third-party services and software development kits, including services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, subscriptions, and other app functionality.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Advertisements

The free version of SnapScanner may display advertisements.

Certain paid plans may remove advertisements where stated in the applicable subscription or purchase description.

We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers.

9. Intellectual Property

SnapScanner, its name, logo, design, software, features, graphics, and other content provided by Apps10X are owned by or licensed to Apps10X and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of SnapScanner except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SnapScanner for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or its services

• Circumvent subscription, payment, security, or access controls

• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code except where legally permitted

• Use the app to violate the rights of another person or organization

• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

• Misrepresent the authenticity or origin of documents or content processed using SnapScanner

11. Availability and Accuracy

We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service. However, SnapScanner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will always be available or uninterrupted

• All features will operate without errors

• Scanned documents will always be detected or processed accurately

• OCR will produce completely accurate text

• AI-powered features will always produce the expected results

• Files will always be compatible with every third-party application or service

You should keep backups of important documents and files.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps10X and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SnapScanner.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, documents, profits, business opportunities, or other losses resulting from the use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using SnapScanner at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to certain features if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or used the app unlawfully.

Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

14. Privacy

Your use of SnapScanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and handled.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SnapScanner after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
