This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") applies to Users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Users") of Video Saver (hereinafter referred to as "Application").

If You disagree with this Policy in whole or in part, You are entitled to terminate using this Application at any time.
Video Saver (hereafter referred to as "Video Saver" or "We") is dedicated to safeguarding and upholding Users' privacy and takes that responsibility very seriously. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") applies to Users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Users") of our Video Saver App (hereinafter referred to as "Apps"). To fully understand when, why, and how We collect and process personal data, you must read this Policy in addition to any other privacy policies or fair processing policies we may offer on specific occasions. You have the right to stop using our apps at any time if You disagree in whole or in part with this Policy.
Video Saver retains the right to modify this Policy and any associated agreements at any time and without notification; such changes will be applicable immediately. You have the right to terminate the Services discussed here if you disagree. After our agreements have been updated, you will be considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the revised terms and conditions if you continue to use Video Saver's services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This Policy does NOT apply to any of the following situations: Any personal data or information collected by any third-party applications, websites, products, services, or platforms, even if they can be accessed through our apps; or Any personal data or information collected by other companies or groups that use our apps to offer advertising services. 2.1 Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are Tracker; Usage Data; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example); and Application updates.

2.3 Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.
2.4 Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, You are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

2.6 Any use of Cookies – or other tracking tools – by this Application or by us of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present Policy and in the Cookie Policy, if available.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes. These communications are displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests.

AdMob (Google LLC)
AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC.

Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC)
Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC.

Firebase Analytics may share Data with other tools provided by Firebase, such as Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config, or Notifications. The User may check this privacy policy to find a detailed explanation about the other tools used by us.
This Application uses identifiers for mobile devices and technologies similar to cookies to run the Firebase Analytics service.

Google BigQuery is a hosting and backend service provided by Google LLC.

These services have the purpose of hosting and running key components of this Application, therefore allowing the provision of this Application from within a unified platform. Such platforms provide a wide range of tools to us – e.g. analytics, user registration, commenting, database management, e-commerce, and payment processing – that imply the collection and handling of Personal Data.

Google Play Store (Google LLC)
This Application is distributed on the Google Play Store, a platform for the distribution of mobile apps, provided by Google LLC.

The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by us in Court or the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related Services. The User declares to be aware that We may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular Services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request.
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) and use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.

Should the changes affect processing activities performed based on the User’s consent, We shall collect new consent from the User, where required.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to take the necessary actions.
You can log into your account in our app, and you can request for your account to be deleted. Users must have a readily discoverable option to initiate app account deletion.
When we delete an app account based on a user’s request, we delete the user data associated with that app account. We need to retain certain data for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, we informed you about your data retention above.
Again, We DO NOT store your personal data unless We otherwise express so in this Policy. In the case We retain your contact details (such as email address) and feedback/complaints on Google Sheets, We will delete such data as soon as You are satisfied with our response.
PLEASE NOTE THAT the photos, videos, or any other content You download with our Apps will be stored in your photo album, local folder, and/or local browser on your device(s), and will not be stored by us.
