PRIVACY POLICY FOR SNAPPY LINE!

Snappy Line! (the "Game") is provided by Machiworks ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Game and the choices available to you.
1. INFORMATION USED BY THE GAME
The Game creates an anonymous account identifier so that online features can work without requiring your name, email address, phone number, or password.
When you use the Game, we may store:
- Your anonymous account identifier;
- Your temporary or registered username;
- Your selected country;
- Your best score, rank, and related timestamps;
- Information needed to recover your account;
- Username reports you submit or receive and their moderation status; and
- Technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, and reliable operation.
Your username, selected country or flag, score, and rank may be visible to other players on global or country leaderboards. Do not include your real name, contact information, or other sensitive information in your username.
Your selected country is chosen by you. The Game does not request your precise GPS location.
2. ADVERTISING
The free version of the Game uses Google AdMob to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and privacy settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location;
- Advertising or device identifiers;
- App launches, taps, ad views, video views, and ad interactions; and
- Diagnostic and performance information.
This information may be used to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize ads where permitted. If personalized advertising is unavailable or you do not consent where consent is required, you may still receive non-personalized or limited ads.
You can manage applicable choices through privacy messages shown in the Game, your device settings, and Google's advertising controls.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES
The Game offers an optional non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank account number, or storefront password.
The Game receives purchase status from the applicable store so it can unlock or restore the purchased feature. Store purchase records are handled under Google or Apple's policies.

4. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The Game stores information locally to support gameplay, offline use, account display, score synchronization, advertising preferences, purchases, and native rating-request timing.
Clearing the Game's storage or uninstalling it generally removes local information. It does not automatically delete information saved in the online account or leaderboard.
5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
- Operate accounts, gameplay, scores, and leaderboards;
- Register usernames and selected countries;
- Recover accounts;
- Process reports and review moderation issues;
- Detect cheating, spam, abuse, and invalid activity;
- Provide purchases and advertising;
- Maintain security, backups, and service reliability; and
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
Security systems may reject implausible scores, invalid requests, or excessive activity. A player report does not automatically ban another player; moderation action requires review.
6. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may share information with companies that provide cloud hosting, authentication, advertising, app-store, purchase-processing, security, and technical services for the Game. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process advertising data for personalized or targeted advertising where permitted. Some laws may describe this activity as "sharing" or "targeted advertising."
7. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Account, profile, score, and leaderboard information may be kept while your account exists or while reasonably needed to provide and protect the Game. Temporary recovery information expires after it is no longer needed. Reports and moderation information may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
After account deletion, information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups expire. A blocked username may remain without its account identifier so that the prohibited username cannot be registered again.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including authenticated requests, restricted database access, server validation, rate limits, security checks, and protected backups. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live because our service providers operate internationally.
8. YOUR CHOICES AND ACCOUNT DELETION
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
You can delete your Game account through the My Account area by choosing Delete Account & Data. This is designed to delete the account, player profile, score, recovery information, related reports, and ordinary username reservation. A blocked username may remain without being linked to the deleted account to prevent reuse.
Uninstalling the Game, clearing local storage, signing out, or losing your device does not delete the online account. If you cannot use the in-game deletion option, contact us at machiworks.support@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the account before deleting it.
Store purchase records are controlled by Google Play or Apple and are not deleted through the Game's account-deletion feature.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, the Game should be used only with the required parent or guardian involvement.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, legal requirements, or our data practices change. We will publish the revised Policy and update its Effective Date.
