Welcome to SnapPDF - Image to PDF Maker! Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "EULA") carefully before using the SnapPDF mobile application (the "Service", "App") operated by Garoono Technologies.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
SnapPDF - Image to PDF Maker is a mobile application designed to help users convert photos into PDF files and manage documents on their devices. Key capabilities include:
Converting images (JPG, PNG, etc.) into PDF documents.
Scanning physical documents using the device camera with auto-edge detection.
Utilizing PDF tools such as merging, compressing, splitting, and password protection.
Adding electronic signatures, watermarks, and page numbers to documents.
Working entirely offline with local image and document processing.
The app includes both free and paid (Pro) features to serve users at different levels.
Access to core image-to-PDF conversion and document scanning.
Drag-and-drop page reordering and individual image editing (crop, rotate, adjust).
PDF management tools (Merge, Compress, Split, Sign).
High-quality document export with customizable page sizes and margins.
Dark mode and light mode support.
We offer the following purchase options within the app:
One-Time Pro Purchase
Type: Lifetime one-time purchase.
Price: Varies by region (displayed in local currency within the app).
Access: Permanent access to all Pro features with no recurring charges.
Subscription Plans
Duration: Monthly or yearly (auto-renewing).
Prices: Displayed within the app in local currency.
Renewal: Automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment
Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.
All prices are subject to change with notice.
Auto-Renewal (for subscription plans)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
The renewal cost will be clearly identified.
Subscription Management
iOS Users: Manage subscriptions via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
Android Users: Manage subscriptions via Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your respective app store settings.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle.
One-time purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
Refund requests must be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as all payments are processed through their platforms.
We do not have direct control over refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your previous purchases.
Use the "Restore Purchases" option available in the app settings.
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Restoring purchases requires an active internet connection.
Local Processing
All image editing, text recognition, scanning, and PDF generation operations are performed entirely locally on your device.
Your photos, scanned documents, electronic signatures, and PDF files are never uploaded to any external server, cloud service, or third-party platform unless you explicitly choose to share them via the system share sheet or other external apps.
The Service does not read, store, copy, or transmit the contents of your documents to Garoono Technologies or any third party.
Data Safeguard While the app operates safely locally, we recommend ensuring your original photos and generated PDFs are backed up in your device's files or photo library. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur on your device.
By using SnapPDF, you agree to:
Permitted Use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respect intellectual property and privacy rights regarding any documents or images you scan or process.
Prohibited Use You must not:
Use the Service to generate, alter, or distribute forged, fraudulent, illegal, or highly objectionable documents.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app.
Share your account credentials with others.
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without permission.
Attempt to circumvent subscription, advertising, or payment systems.
Data Responsibility You are entirely responsible for the photos, scans, and documents you choose to open, edit, sign, and share using the Service.
Our Rights The SnapPDF app, including all content, UI designs, document processing functionality, and trademarks, is owned by Garoono Technologies. All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted.
Your Rights
You retain full ownership of all personal photos, document scans, and PDFs you open, create, and export using the Service.
You grant us permission to use aggregated, anonymized usage data for service improvement.
Open Source The app may use open-source libraries and components, each subject to their respective licenses. Attributions are available within the app settings.
Our Commitment We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
The app works completely offline for all core features. No internet connection is required for formatting or saving PDFs.
We collect only the minimum data necessary for serving free-tier advertisements, analytics, crash reporting, and service improvement.
Data Collection We may collect:
Usage statistics (anonymous).
Device information (device type, OS version).
App performance metrics (crash logs, session data).
Purchase and subscription status.
Data We Do Not Collect
The contents of your photos, scanned documents, signatures, or PDFs.
Your precise location.
Your contacts or microphone data.

SnapPDF integrates with the following third-party services:
Google AdMob: Advertising delivery (free version only).
RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management.
Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics.
Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting.
Google Play Services / Apple Services: Payment processing.
Your use of these services through our app is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Availability
The core features of SnapPDF work entirely offline and are always available.
Features requiring the internet (ads, purchase verification, sharing to cloud platforms) depend on network availability.
Modifications We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service.
Update pricing with reasonable notice.
Change subscription terms for new subscribers.
Improve or alter the Service at our discretion.
By You You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel active subscriptions (this must be done through the App Store or Play Store).
By Us We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
For violation of these Terms.
For misuse or abuse of the Service.
For fraudulent activity.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease immediately.
You will not be entitled to refunds for remaining subscription time.
Your locally stored documents are not affected by account termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garoono Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party rights.
Documents or PDFs you create, sign, share, or export using the Service.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with us. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app.
Acceptance: Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Garoono Technologies regarding the use of SnapPDF - Image to PDF Maker and supersede all prior agreements.

You understand that all image and document processing operations are performed locally on your device.
