By accessing or using the SnapCloud application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. SnapCloud reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant SnapCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and manage your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your User Content.
You may delete your account at any time through the app’s settings. Upon deletion, all your User Content will be permanently removed from our servers, except as required by law. SnapCloud is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from account deletion.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
SnapCloud may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Chitradurga, Karnataka.
