These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SnapArena ("the App", "Service") operated by NOBLE TECH LIMITED S.R.L. ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using SnapArena, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the Service
SnapArena is a mobile application designed to enable:
Local match creation and management
Peer-to-peer (P2P) event sharing via Bluetooth
Photo and video capture during events
Optional event location tagging
The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use only unless explicitly permitted.
2. User Responsibility
You agree that you will:
Use SnapArena only for lawful purposes
Not misuse Bluetooth or device connectivity features
Not attempt to interfere with app functionality or other users’ devices
Not upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content
You are solely responsible for the content you create, capture, or share within the App.
3. Permissions and Device Access
SnapArena may request the following device permissions:
Bluetooth: to enable nearby device discovery and match sharing
Camera: to capture photos and videos during events
Photo Library: to select and manage media content
Microphone / Video: to record event-related videos (if applicable)
Location (GPS): optional feature for tagging match or event locations
Location access is optional and not required for core functionality.
You may disable permissions at any time through your device settings.
4. Local Data Storage
SnapArena primarily operates using local storage on your device.
Match data, photos, and videos may be stored locally
Data is not centrally hosted on external servers
Users retain control over their own content
You may delete all data at any time through the App or device settings
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, deletion, or system issues.
5. No Account Requirement
SnapArena does not require user registration or account creation to use core features.
All core functionalities are available without logging in.
6. Third-Party Services
SnapArena does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting services.
If such services are introduced in the future, this Terms document will be updated accordingly.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
Interfere with Bluetooth communication or local connections
Use the App to distribute malware or malicious content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of SnapArena are owned by or licensed to NOBLE TECH LIMITED S.R.L.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
SnapArena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption or errors
Data will always be available or preserved
All devices will be fully compatible
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SnapArena at any time if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App or its features
Required by legal or regulatory obligations
You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted within the App or on an official page. Continued use of SnapArena SnapArena after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
