All game content, including:
Characters, designs, and artwork
Code and software
"Thunder God 3D: Zombie Invade" trademark
Game mechanics and features
are owned by Swarg Play and protected by copyright laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms.
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Swarg Play shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including:
Game interruptions or data loss
Third-party advertisements
Device compatibility issues
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
