This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Hungry Snake – Classic Snake(“Snake!”) for mobile devices that was created by Nick Dareshori. The Application is a simple program to play an adaption of the classic game known as “Snake”

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application obtains no information provided by the users.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

SHARING WITH SOCIAL MEDIA

This game may offer social sharing features, which let you share actions you take in our games with other media. Please be aware that you must be over the minimum age limit that is prescribed by the legislation in the individual jurisdictions to use any social sharing features in our games. The use of such features, enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.

The third party partners we use for social sharing, may access your information and operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to check their privacy policies, to learn more about their practices for processing information. Their privacy policies are as follow:

Snake! also offers an option to share your score and an image of the gameboard via social media after a game ends. This service is completely optional. We do not save any of the data that you decide to share.

Automatically Collected Information

If you are linked with a GameCenter account, your high score will automatically be posted to our Global Leaderboard. If you do not wish to partake in this feature, you may log out of your game center account before playing our app.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at ndareshori@elon.edu. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
