About the School
Snake and Turtle Martial Arts is a Taoist Martial Arts school focused on Kung fu, Qi gong, and Tai chi in the Wudang Sanfeng style from Wudang Mountain. It is a free school that meets outside in Cary, North Carolina.
Class usually meets from 9-10:30 a.m. Sunday mornings.

IMPORTANT:
Participants wishing to join the weapons class MUST email ahead of time.
The instructor walks to class so class may be held even though there are no cars parked.
