Dainty Apps Lab ("we," "our," or "us") develops the mobile application Snake Math, designed for children and families to enjoy safe, playful math learning.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights and choices. We comply with GDPR, COPPA, and other applicable data-protection laws.
Snake Math does not display third-party advertisements.
We use Adjust and other analytics SDKs to measure app performance, understand user behavior, and optimize marketing campaigns.
We may share anonymized or aggregated data with trusted partners to improve user experience and app functionality.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Snake Math is designed to collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide a safe and functional experience.
We store simple gameplay-related information locally on your device, including:
Unlocked characters and backgrounds
Daily challenge progress and streaks
Music, sound, and language preferences
Basic gameplay statistics (e.g., correct answers, level completions)
This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your credit-card or payment details. We only receive non-identifiable confirmation data from Apple to unlock content within the app.
In future versions, you may choose to sign in using Apple. If you do, we may receive a secure, non-identifiable user ID and, if you allow it, your name or email address. This information will only be used to manage your account and restore your purchases.
We use Adjust and similar analytics tools to collect:
Device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV, with user consent where required)
App events and usage patterns
Install attribution and campaign performance
Session data, app version, and device type
This data helps us understand how users discover and interact with Snake Math, improve gameplay, and measure marketing effectiveness.

Parents can delete all local data by uninstalling the app.
For users in the Kids Category, we limit data collection as required by Apple's guidelines.

Local data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data.
Purchase records are retained by Apple in accordance with its legal obligations.
Analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis.
