Terms of Service

I will not draw

• NSFW (Nudity, Explicit Content, Suggestive Content)

• Gore (extreme content, although I can accept to draw characters with small wounds in action scenes, for example).

• Offensive and/or hateful content

• Romantic couples or intimate scenes

• Mecha and/or Humans

Work Process 

After half payment, I will start the work and the sketch will be presented for client's approval. No major modifications after sketch approval. The coloring and shading stage follows, with limited revisions allowed (significant changes may cost extra).

Timeline 

The time is agreed upon with the client. 

Prices and Payment 

Half payment upfront, the rest after sketch approval (unless the client prefer paying the whole price upfront). Exclusive use of PayPal for payment.

Rights of Use

Personal use allowed, no redistribution, selling, or commercial use without permission. 

Promotion

• All completed commissions can be displayed publicly on all my platforms. If you prefer to keep your client name or alias, as well as the name of your original character (OC) private, please let me know in advance.

Format

• Final files in JPEG and PNG. You are only purchasing the digital file, not a printed version.

• All illustrations created will have the artist's signature, placed in a location that does not significantly interfere with the work.

• The original .clip file will not be provided, only the exported JPEG and PNG formats.

Payment and Cancellation 

No refunds after creative process starts, except in cases of impossibility to complete.

Modification of Terms 

The artist can modify terms but only applies to commissions after the modification date. Previous commissions follow original terms.
