We do not store or process payment details directly. Transactions are securely handled by third-party payment gateways.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order is accepted by the restaurant, cancellation may not be possible.

In case of restaurant unavailability or other issues, refunds will be processed as per the restaurant or payment gateway policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

SnaapEats is not responsible for the quality, hygiene, or preparation of food delivered by restaurants.

Any complaints related to food must be resolved directly with the respective restaurants
