Effective date: August 29, 2026
SNInsightAI FundFlow ("FundFlow," "we," "our," or "us") is provided by Alicesoft Pvt. Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, and disclosed when authorized users use the FundFlow mobile application.
FundFlow is a business fund and voucher-management application. It enables authorized users to record and review income and expense vouchers, project-related fund activity, payment modes, bank or cash account references, and related reports.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CLARIFICATION
“SNInsightAI” is the product and company branding. The current SNInsightAI FundFlow mobile application does not provide artificial-intelligence functionality.
FundFlow does not transmit usernames, passwords, authentication information, personal information, voucher information, financial-management information, remarks, or other user-entered content to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or any other third-party artificial-intelligence service.
The application does not contain a third-party AI SDK or connect directly to a third-party AI API. If artificial-intelligence functionality or third-party AI processing is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated, affected users will be clearly informed about the data involved and the receiving service, and any permission required by applicable law or platform policy will be obtained before such data is transmitted.
1. INFORMATION WE ACCESS OR COLLECT
Account and authentication information
When an authorized user signs in, FundFlow processes the username and password submitted by the user. After successful authentication, the service provides an access token, user ID, username, and session-expiration time. The app stores the active session on the user's device so the user can remain signed in.
FundFlow does not currently provide public self-service account registration. User accounts are issued or managed through the relevant organization or administrator.
Voucher and financial-management information
FundFlow processes information entered or selected by authorized users to provide its core business functions. Depending on how the app is used, this may include:
- Income and expense amounts
- Voucher dates, numbers, categories, heads, and types
- Projects and cost centers
- Modes of entry, such as cash, bank, cheque, UPI, or online transfer
- Bank or cash account references and account display information
- Sources of funds
- Remarks entered by users
- User IDs associated with the creation of records
- Record-creation dates and other transaction-history information
This information concerns organizational accounting and fund-management activity. Users should only enter information that they are authorized to process.
Technical information
FundFlow processes limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service. This may include application version, runtime version, update channel, network-request status, authentication status, error information, and application-update information.
Production application logs are not intended to contain passwords, access tokens, complete voucher contents, or other sensitive user-entered information. Development builds used internally by Alicesoft may record additional diagnostic information for troubleshooting. Development logging is not enabled as part of the normal App Store production experience.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
- Authenticate authorized users and maintain secure sessions
- Provide dashboard balances and recent-transaction information
- Create, retrieve, filter, and display vouchers and reports
- Associate business records with projects, categories, accounts, cost centers, and authorized users
- Protect the service, prevent unauthorized access, and enforce access controls
- Diagnose errors and maintain the security, reliability, and performance of FundFlow
- Provide support and respond to privacy or deletion requests
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and record-keeping obligations
3. HOW INFORMATION IS DISCLOSED
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. FundFlow does not use personal data for advertising, third-party marketing, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.
FundFlow application data may be accessible to:
- Alicesoft Pvt. Ltd., which operates the first-party FundFlow service
- The organization that issued or authorized the user’s FundFlow account, including its authorized administrators and personnel
- Infrastructure providers acting on behalf of Alicesoft when reasonably necessary to host, secure, maintain, or deliver the FundFlow service
- Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by applicable law, valid legal process, or a lawful government request
- Appropriate parties when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, prevent fraud, protect users, enforce legal rights, or maintain the security and integrity of FundFlow
FundFlow does not disclose user-entered content, authentication information, voucher information, or organizational financial-management information to a third-party artificial-intelligence service.
The application uses Expo Application Services to check for and deliver application updates. Update requests may provide Expo with limited technical information necessary to deliver a compatible application update, such as the application identifier, application version, runtime version, platform, network information, and update channel. FundFlow usernames, passwords, access tokens, voucher information, remarks, and organizational financial-management records are not included in these application-update requests.
Service providers are authorized to process information only to provide contracted services and are expected to use safeguards that provide the same or equivalent protection required by this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
FundFlow sends authentication requests, organizational financial-management information, and related application requests using HTTPS to Alicesoft’s first-party FundFlow service at https://sninsight.com:5558.
This service is used to authenticate authorized users and provide dashboards, voucher management, financial reports, projects, account classifications, payment records, and related organizational functions.
The password entered during sign-in is transmitted to the first-party FundFlow service for authentication. The application does not store the submitted password as part of the locally stored session. After successful authentication, an access token and basic user details may be stored locally on the user’s device so the user can remain signed in. Signing out removes the locally stored FundFlow session from the application.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to business records is limited through authentication and authorization controls. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their device, credentials, and access to their FundFlow account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
5. DATA RETENTION
Authentication sessions remain on the device until the user signs out, the session expires or becomes invalid, the app clears the session following an authorization failure, or the app's data is removed.
Voucher, accounting, project, and related business records may be retained for as long as needed to provide FundFlow to the relevant organization and to satisfy contractual, security, dispute-resolution, audit, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods may also be determined by the organization responsible for the records.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or securely retained where continued retention is required or permitted by law.
6. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION REQUESTS
Users may request deletion of their FundFlow account and associated personal information by contacting:
**Email: mail@alicesoft.co.in**
Please include the FundFlow username, user ID, registered email address if applicable, and the organization associated with the account so that the request can be verified and processed.
Because FundFlow accounts may be managed by an employer, client, or other organization, we may need to coordinate the request with that organization. Certain voucher, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may need to be retained even after account access is removed. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law and inform the requester when an exception applies.
Users can remove the locally stored session at any time by selecting **Log Out** in the FundFlow app. Uninstalling the app also removes app data stored locally on that device, but does not automatically delete records held by the FundFlow service or the responsible organization.
7. USER CHOICES AND PERMISSIONS
Account information
Users may contact their organization administrator or Alicesoft to request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information, subject to verification and legal or organizational record-keeping requirements.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
FundFlow is a business application intended for authorized adult users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through FundFlow. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. FINANCIAL-SERVICES CLARIFICATION
FundFlow records and reports organizational income, expenses, vouchers, projects, and account references. It does not provide banking, lending, money-transfer, investment, cryptocurrency, insurance, personal financial advice, or payment-processing services, and it does not itself execute financial transactions.
10. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Information may be processed in locations where Alicesoft, the responsible organization, or relevant service providers operate. Where required, reasonable measures are used to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when FundFlow's features, data practices, service providers, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will be published on the FundFlow privacy-policy page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels where required.
