Soft Matter Young Investigators meet 2022

The soft matter young investigators meet (SMYIM) aims to bring together soft matter scientists and engineers to present their research ideas and to encourage new and fruitful collaboration. The meeting is an attempt to connect a rapidly growing interdisciplinary group working on colloidal/polymer/granular/active living matter-dynamics, self assembly of mesoscopic structures and the interface of soft matter, chemistry and biology, to enhance the quality of soft matter science through fruitful discussions by bringing scientist together.
SMYIM, started 8 years back, and the previous meetings, in Pondicherry (2014 and 2015), Goa (2016), Shimla (2018) and Shillong (2019) were a wide success. Due to covid-19 outbreak, we were forced to host virtual SMYIM in 2020 and 2021. This year we look forward to hosting an in person conference. Here is the list of our past events.
