Plot: Dime is a lost dog hiding from you because you are a stranger

Looks: he looks like a dog with no arms but two legs but in his winning pose or losing pose he shows his arms

he has a big nose with a happy face; he also has a bunny-like ears

he was in here as a mini game to get more scratchy-coins mostly like barely 3 or 7 but if you get to floor 3 basically more. This mini game was going to have 3 or more floors with its own little elevator.

Q: Why was it scrapped? 

A: It was scrapped due to the hiding feature. It was trying to hide in one of the windows or the trash can but it would be hard to program but easy to see.
