It's unknown what the store owner's name really is, all we know is that he's a kind, mad at times normal dude.

he is the one who has random crazy items! with the currency scratchy coins, he has a chair that he sits on with no hands (of what it looks like.)

he also has a pet named dank, some weird blob (developer note: this "dank" guy was an ai generated. but I decided to make it, it's funny looking and odd but still strange.) so that's how the owner got such crazy items, from dank out of a trash can or not. who knows.
