Thank you for your interest in supporting Sanford Middle School and our STEM Night event.
There are a number of ways in which you can contribute:
1. Host a Hands-On Activity Station: This event is all about empowering students with critical thinking skills and a passion for discovery. Do you have a STEM activity that you would like to share at STEM Night? Join us by setting up a hands-on activity station (or demonstration) organized and run by your company.
2. Donate a Silent Auction item: Contribute a gift card, gift basket, product, service, or unique experience for our silent auction.
3. Become an Event Sponsor: Support SMS by sponsoring our event to help provide materials for hands on activities and support student programs. (See sponsorship levels below)
4. Make a Monetary Donation: Every dollar helps us create an enriching experience for our students.
Your generosity will not only help us achieve our goals but also demonstrate your commitment to education and the development of future innovators. In addition, your support will be acknowledged in our event materials and on our social media sites. All donations are tax deductible. Interested in becoming an event sponsor? No donation is too big or too small! Event sponsorship levels are as follows:
Warrior Sponsor ($750 and higher)
Gold Sponsor ($500-$749)
Silver Sponsor ($250-$499)
Bronze Sponsor ($100-$249)
Friend of SMS (any donation up to $99)
Payment can be made via cash, check (made payable to Sanford Middle PTSA), or credit card.
How will you be recognized? As an acknowledgement of our thanks and appreciation:
All contributors (activity hosts, silent auction donors and event sponsors) will be listed on our event website and social media sites.
Silent auction items will be recognized through individual auction displays.
Bronze level or higher sponsorships will be acknowledged at the event on printed materials.
Silver level or higher sponsorship may have a display at the event.
Gold and Warrior level sponsorships will be acknowledged during the event by the evening’s emcee.
Where can I mail or drop off my donation (cash, check or silent auction item)?
Donations and silent auction items may be mailed or dropped off at Sanford Middle School. Please use the following address: SMS PTSA, 1700 S French Ave, Sanford, FL 32771. If you wish to have your donation picked up by someone on our team, please reach out to us at sanfordmiddle.ptsa@gmail.com.
