This Privacy Policy explains how SMSAll ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app. By using SMSAll, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

1) Contacts (Address Book)

If you grant permission, SMSAll can access your device contacts to let you create groups and select recipients. Contacts are processed on-device to provide app functionality.

2) Messages Content

SMSAll lets you compose message text and optionally attach images for MMS. Message content is not uploaded to our servers. Messages are sent using Apple’s system message composer.

3) Subscription & Purchase Data

If you purchase a subscription, we use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlement status. RevenueCat and Apple may process purchase-related information such as transaction identifiers, subscription status, and device/app identifiers. We do not receive your full payment card details.

4) Analytics (Optional)

How We Use Information

Data Storage & Retention

Group definitions and app preferences may be stored locally on your device (and in iCloud only if you enable iCloud backup for the device). We retain purchase/entitlement information as required to provide subscription access.

Your Choices

• You can deny Contacts permission; the app will have limited functionality.

• You can revoke Contacts permission anytime in iOS Settings.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Settings.

• You can restore purchases from within the app.

Children’s Privacy

SMSAll is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International Users

If you use the app from outside your country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different laws, primarily through Apple and RevenueCat services.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above.
