SMS - Neelo Sales, we operates the SMS - Neelo Sales mobile application ("the App").
This page informs users about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when using our App.

Account Information
User account details required for login and authentication.
Camera Access
Used to capture photos as evidence of sales visits or activities.
Photos are stored locally and uploaded to our secure servers for visit documentation.

Only when the app is open and you are actively using it
During customer visit check-in and check-out
When adding or updating customer location information
When generating location-based reports
How Location is Used:
To verify your presence at customer locations during visits
To record visit locations for accurate sales reporting

Important Notes:
Location is collected ONLY when the app is open and in use
We do NOT track your location when the app is closed
We do NOT track your location in the background
You control when location is accessed (during check-in, adding customers, etc.)
You can deny location permission, but this will limit visit tracking features
Device & Usage Information
Device model, operating system version, and app usage data for stability and performance improvement.
Notification Data
The app receives real-time notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and WebSocket connection for business updates such as job orders, quotations, and customer requests. Notification history may be stored locally on your device.
We use collected data to:
Enable core application features
Support internal sales operations and visit tracking
Improve app performance, security, and reliability
We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties.
Data may be shared with:
Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — for push notification delivery and app distribution
Internal company servers - for business operations
Data may be disclosed only:
When required by law
When necessary to provide essential app functionality
- Data is processed and stored on secure internal servers managed by the application owner
- Sensitive data (tokens, credentials, user profile) is stored using encrypted storage on-device (`flutter_secure_storage` with Android Encrypted Shared Preferences)
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user data
- Location data and visit records are encrypted during transmission via HTTPS
Users have the right to:
Request access to their personal data
Request correction or deletion of their data
Opt-out of location tracking (note: this may limit app functionality)
