We use your information to provide the app and its features, manage your account and subscription, keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve the experience over time. We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not sell your data. We work with a small number of service providers who help us run the app:
Google Firebase — account authentication and data storage
OpenAI — powers AI features within the app
Pinecone — powers search within the app
Razorpay — handles subscription payments
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy and our data processing agreements with them.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Memories you store in SmritiQ are encrypted. We do not access the content of your memories for any purpose other than delivering the features you use.
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials — Razorpay handles all payment instrument data under their own secure infrastructure.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a memory, it is permanently removed. When you close your account, your data is deleted. Payment records may be retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the app. To close your account or make a data request, contact us at support@smritiq.com . We will respond within 10 business days.
