Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion:
Send an email to smoothrasystems@gmail.com
Include your registered email address and nursery name.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
After verification, Smoothra Systems will process the request and delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Data that may be deleted includes:
User profile information
Contact information
Account credentials
Associated application records
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, auditing, or regulatory purposes.
