Minimum stay 2 nights.
$150 for per night for two adults, plus $30 per night per extra person.
$130 per night for two adults for stays of 6 nights or longer, plus $20 per night per extra person.
A surcharge of 20% applies between 20 December and 31 January.
No additional charge for up to 2 children under 6 years
The above rates are on the basis that tenants provide their own linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) and leave the property clean and tidy.
