We started our catering company in 2016 with the simple desire to bring people together through food. All of our BBQ is smoked the old fashioned way - low and slow with a wood burning fire. You won't find us using any gas-assisted equipment to prepare our smoked meats. That’s why we declare that we are South Jersey’s finest "small-batch BBQ".
We offer several unique services. Fully catered self-serve buffets, ready to eat frozen meals, and mobile food vending. Books us for your next wedding, graduation party, or block party!!
Ready to Eat Frozen Dinners
Do you want to have brisket or pulled pork for dinner but you aren't hosting a party? You can purchase our meats by the pound. All of the meats are smoked, seasoned, cut, and sauced, then vacuum-sealed and frozen. Just drop the sealed package in boiling water for 20 minutes, open and eat. These "heat and eat" meals make for a delicious and easy meal, any day of the week .

Fully Catered Self Serve Buffet
Price per person is for fully catered meals and includes your choice of meat(s), sandwich rolls, cornbread and 2 sides (60 person minimum). We will deliver food, chafing trays, sternos, plates, napkins, and cutlery to your event and set up a self serve buffet. Final orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days prior to event.

Our pork is hand trimmed, rubbed with our special blend of sweet and savory spices and smoked low and slow with oak wood for 10 hours.
Texas Beef Brisket
Our Certified Angus beef brisket is rubbed with our unique Central Texas style salt and pepper rub and smoked with oak wood for 12 hours.
St. Louis Spare Ribs
Seasoned with our secret 25 spice blend, smoked with cherry wood for at least four hours and finished with a touch of honey.
Smoked Chicken Leg Quarters
Rubbed with our special sweet 27 spices chicken rub, and smoked low and slow with cherry & oak woods for 4 hours.
Our mild pork sausage is smoked to perfection with oak wood and served with grilled green peppers and sweet onions
