• Device Information: Basic device information and app analytics (crashes, performance metrics) may be collected to improve the app experience.


• Subscription Information: If you purchase Premium, subscription and payment information is processed through the App Store or Play Store. We do not have access to your payment details.


Important: All smoking tracking and health-related data processing happens locally on your device. Your personal health data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it.


2. How We Use Your Information


We use the information we collect to:


• Provide, maintain, and improve the Smoke Count service

• Process your subscription and payments (handled by App Store/Play Store)

• Send you technical notices and support messages

• Analyze app usage patterns to improve performance and user experience


Your Smoking Tracking Data: All smoking tracking and analysis happens entirely on your device. Your personal health information, smoking habits, and progress data are stored locally and are never uploaded to any server or shared with third parties.

Local Processing: All smoking tracking data, health information, and personal statistics are processed and stored locally on your device using secure local storage. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Your app settings, preferences, and locally stored smoking tracking data can be cleared at any time through your device settings, the app's reset feature, or by uninstalling the app.

Your smoking tracking and health-related data is completely private and confidential. We do not access, view, share, sell, or use your personal health information for any purpose beyond displaying it to you within the app.

We only request permissions that are necessary for the app's core functionality. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.


6. Third-Party Services


We may use third-party services for:


• RevenueCat for subscription management (if applicable)

• App Store and Play Store for subscription processing

• Analytics services (if enabled) for app performance monitoring


These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information. We do not share your smoking tracking data with any third-party services.
