"Now let me say this, my husband is a wing connoisseur and it’s VERY hard to please him especially when he ask for hot wings! Smoke and Shake he is already asking are y’all cooking tomorrow! Those fire in the hole were spot on...and I’m telling you he is usually NEVER satisfied with heat from wing spots. Always too much or not enough but Chef Kenny Pamela Files-Collins did that! Thanks y’all! Oh and don’t make me start on the Mac & Cheese and those loaded fries! And ummm...my smoked shrimp!!! "
