Jennifer has been married to artist Chris Rucker for 24 years. They have three children: Annalise, Gentry, and Campbell.
Jennifer is loving life as the Art Teacher at Greenbrier Middle School. She has a degree in Education, with a dual certification in Art (Kindergarten-12th grade) with over 20 years of teaching experience in both the public and private settings.
She loves providing a highly creative environment where parents can bring their children for structured art lessons. At Smocks, your children will receive increased art abilities and a chance to make masterpieces alongside friends.
Our 'Painting & Pizza' classes are a great opportunity for artist to enjoy time with their friends and Parents to enjoy a date night! Summer camps and After school Classes at Smocks are designed to include a wide variety of mediums, such as acrylics, oil pastels, watercolors, clay, chalks, paper mache, printmaking, collage and more. Art history and theory are also woven into lessons.

When asked how she feels about teaching Art full time, you'll often hear Jennifer respond with a big smile and, 'God's timing is always perfect, and he never makes mistakes!'
