Rules Regarding Payments

1. School Fees will be charged for 10 months in a year, July to April in 3 quarterly instalments. At time of admission / August, November and January.
   स्कूल की फीस साल में 10 महीने, जुलाई से अप्रैल तक 3 त्रैमासिक किश्तों में ली जाएगी। प्रवेश के समय/अगस्त, नवंबर और जनवरी।

2. The school fees must be deposited in school, by due date.
   स्कूल की फीस नियत तारीख तक स्कूल में जमा करनी होगी।

3. Dates for payment of fees ( in school ) without late fees
   बिना विलंब शुल्क के (विद्यालय में) शुल्क भुगतान की तिथियां

(a) August : 1st to 10th  August
(b) November :  1st to 10th  November
(c) January :  1st to 10th January 

4. The School fees after the due date (after the 10th of each Quarter) will be collected in school with a fine of Rs.10 / day . The payment of late tuition fee should be made within a week.
   नियत तिथि के बाद (प्रत्येक तिमाही की 10 तारीख के बाद) स्कूल की फीस 10 रुपये प्रतिदिन के जुर्माने के साथ स्कूल में एकत्र की जाएगी। विलंबित शिक्षण शुल्क का भुगतान एक सप्ताह के भीतर किया जाना चाहिए।

5. Fee deposit Slips should be kept carefully until the child finished his/her schooling at the school and produced if required, for verification at the school.
   शुल्क जमा पर्ची को तब तक सावधानी से रखा जाना चाहिए जब तक कि बच्चे ने स्कूल में अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा पूरी नहीं कर ली हो और यदि आवश्यक हो तो स्कूल के सत्यापन के लिए प्रस्तुत किया हो।

6. In case of delay in payment of fees, the office may communicate one with the guardian. However if fees is still not submitted within the same quarter, your ward's name shall be struck off the rolls without any further notice. Re - admission may not be  granted.
   शुल्क के भुगतान में देरी के मामले में, कार्यालय अभिभावक से संपर्क कर सकता है। हालांकि यदि उसी तिमाही के भीतर शुल्क जमा नहीं किया जाता है, तो आपके वार्ड का नाम बिना किसी नोटिस के सूची से हटा दिया जाएगा। पुन: प्रवेश नहीं दिया जा सकता है।

7. Prior to the withdrawal of a student, a month's notice with effect form the  1st of the month must be given by the parents/guardian, otherwise one month's fees will be charged in lieu there of.
   छात्र/छात्रा के नाम वापसी से पूर्व माह की पहली तारीख से एक माह का नोटिस माता-पिता/अभिभावक को देना होगा, अन्यथा इसके एवज में एक माह का शुल्क देय होगा।

8. If you Enroll in a offer you should pay your fees on time because in delay in payment your all benefit's are withdrawal automatically and Rs. 500/- fine also applicable. 
   यदि आप एक प्रस्ताव में नामांकन करते हैं तो आपको समय पर अपनी फीस का भुगतान करना चाहिए क्योंकि भुगतान में देरी होने पर आपके सभी लाभ स्वचालित रूप से वापस ले लिए जाते हैं और रु. 500/- का जुर्माना भी लागू है।
