SMMM Pro - Privacy Policy

SMMM Pro ("Application") is provided by Deniz Azir ("Service Provider") as a mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use the Application.
Information We Collect
When you use the Application, we may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account information: display name, email address, authentication provider, and user ID
- User content and app data: profile preferences, avatar selection, progress, scores, mistakes, rankings, and other content related to use of the Application
- Purchase information: subscription or premium status and purchase restoration status
- Device and identifier data: device information, app instance information, and advertising-related identifiers where permitted
- Notification-related data: notification permission status and reminder preferences
- Usage and technical data: app interactions, app performance, crash-related information, and diagnostic data made available through platform or service providers
How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users through email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple
- Save and sync user data, scores, rankings, and preferences
- Provide premium features and manage subscription status
- Show ads in the free version of the Application
- Send reminders and notifications if the user enables them
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and improve app performance
- Comply with legal obligations
Advertising and Tracking
The Application may display ads through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
On iOS, the Application uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Where required, we request permission before accessing tracking-enabled advertising features. If permission is denied, tracking-enabled advertising will not be used through ATT-authorized access.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that process data under their own privacy terms. These may include:

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Application may offer paid premium access through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. Purchase transactions are processed by the relevant platform provider, not directly by the Service Provider. The Application may store subscription status to enable premium access and restore purchases.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the Application may schedule and send reminder notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the Application where available.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Application, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data unless we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain certain information for a longer period.
Your Choices
You may:
- Update certain profile information within the Application
- Disable notifications in the app or device settings
- Limit tracking through iOS ATT choices and device settings
- Stop using the Application and uninstall it at any time
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
Account Deletion
If you created an account in SMMM Pro, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data in one of the following ways:
- In the app: Open SMMM Pro and go to Settings > Delete My Account.
- Outside the app: Send an email to denizazir0@gmail.com with the subject line “SMMM Pro Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account.
When your deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including account details, profile information, scores, progress, rankings, mistakes, and related app usage data.
We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, subscription validation, or compliance with legal obligations.
Deleting your SMMM Pro account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or canceled through Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International Processing
Depending on the third-party services used, information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Application after an update means the revised policy will apply to your use, to the extent permitted by law.
