No Corporate Donations Accepted
In compliance with West Virginia Campaign Finance Law, any contribution(s) more than $250.00 to a candidate requires you to provide your employer and occupation (retired or student is accepted). Additionally, you must provide your mailing address.
Employer and occupation can be provided in the optional "write a note" section when donating online.
Contribution Rules: 1. This contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.2. You are making this contribution with your own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.3. You are at least eighteen years old.4. You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).5. You confirm that the above statements are true and accurate.
