Robert E. Smith
Robert has lived in the Potomac region for most of his life. He currently resides just beyond the town limits of Hedgesville in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
He will be one of two candidates on the General Election ballot for Delegate in the 59th District.
If elected, he will serve independent of the major parties, aiming to bring about much needed compromise to the issues challenging working families.
