Meet the Directors
Evron Smithton, is the head director and author of both Dormia and School for Devils. In his early life, Evron used to write for hours to escape school issues such as bullying and exclusion, in 2018, Evron began writing the rough drafts of Dormia, in which Touka was meant to be the main character.
As Evron continued writing he realized how much he valued it, and that his stories brought smiles to people's faces, and a good, needed laugh on bad days. Now Evron is married to his husband Scout, whom is also an author and they both now direct and run 'Futurism Studios' with their amazing staff.
Scout Smithton is one of the two Co-Directors at 'Futurism Studios' who has been with Evron since his Sophomore year in high school. Scout started writing after meeting and falling in love with Evron, his book 'Arkon' consists of 7 books consisting of 100+ pages each.
Now, he helps direct, and voice act at Futurism Studio's playing his role as the iconic villian in Dormia 'Zephyr', and is happily married to Evron.
Luna or reffered to as 'Ev' by Evron is the Voice Actor of Mertai along with Co-Director, and Event Planner for the Dormia Cast & Crew.
At her first few months working with Evron and Scout, she showed her talents and was soon raised to Co-Director taking care of the Cast while Evron was away or ill.
After being inspired she too became a writer and writes her own fantasy novels on her free time.
What is Futurisim Studios?
Smithton Studios is run by Evron and Scout Smithton and is a writing and animation group that develops anime series and movies- (Dormia, School for Devils, etc.)
With an amazing cast and crew list, and plenty of people who inspire to grow in the anime community, Smithton lends them a great place to start.
With plenty of Character Auditions Open, and a kind welcoming group of people, they develop anime in the hopes of making a difference and inspiring others to do what they love
