Designs are delivered in high-resolution PDF, PNG, JPG, and also source files if requested (format .PSD). Converted documents are sent in the format you request—Word, PDF, Excel, etc.

Yes, I keep backups for up to 30 days after final delivery, just in case you lose anything.

Once we confirm the service and payment, I’ll collect all necessary info and begin. I keep communication open and will update you on milestones along the way.

Depends on the service. Most design projects are delivered within 2–3 business days. Urgent tasks can be done within 24 hours (rush fees may apply).

Each design project comes with 2 free rounds of revisions. After that, a small fee applies for additional changes. I always aim to get it right quickly!

Pricing depends on the service and the scope of the work. Some services, like resume design or document conversion, have set flat rates. Others, like virtual assistance, are priced based on the number of hours or complexity of the task.

For larger projects, yes—a 50% deposit is required upfront to lock in your spot and get started. The remaining 50% is due once the project is completed and approved. Larger projects may also be split into milestones if needed. For smaller, short-term tasks (usually under a certain price point), payment can be made in full upon delivery. I’ll always let you know the payment structure before we begin so there are no surprises.
