Project Details
In this project, I utilized the API of CAD software to design an automated storage tank model. Inputs, such as tank diameter and capacity, are collected through a form. The model generates general arrangement and fabrication drawings, which include a Bill of Materials. Automating the design process by programming it in API saves time and reduces the risk of errors. The final step involves making any necessary modifications to the generated drawings.

I participated in an R&D project where I redesigned vehicle chassis. The goal was to determine the most feasible chassis to manufacture in-house. Chassis material and design were tested in the lab and the manufacturing process was determined. Probable costs were calculated through consultation with in-house manufacturing departments and workshops.

Designing BLDC Motor
Project Details
As part of a research and development project, I undertook the task of creating the structural design for a 3 KW BLDC motor intended for an electric three-wheeled vehicle. The prototype was specifically crafted for evaluating performance, gauging manufacturing capacity, and assessing costs.

Vehicle Hub-Motor assembly
Project Details
In this professional project, I had to design a Hub-motor assembly for a three-wheeler vehicle. The assembly includes Hum-motor, brake discs & brake calipers, wheel rim & tire, control arm, and fasteners. The wheel assembly was designed for an existing three-wheeler vehicle for converting it into an electric vehicle. The motors, brakes, and wheels are chosen from suppliers according to requirements.

Manual Resuscitator
Project Details
It was a project run by a non-profit organization of Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology. The purpose of this project was to manufacture low cost Manual Resuscitator for COVID-19 situation with the help of the local manufacturing companies.

Designed a Lamborghini body by Solidworks Surfacing. It was practice project for developing skills in surface designing. I used blueprint of the car for designing the body.
