Our portfolio extends across borders and covers more than 20 interesting travel destinations in Asia / no intermediaries: as an experienced tour operator we handle all services along the way by ourselves / during your holiday you will have 1 direct contact point only / we guide and assist you in Asia from start to finish / rest assured, when you travel with us, if problems arise along the way we will find an immediate- and adequate solution.

Personal Assistants

You can call on our team of more than 50 Western- and Asian local personal assistants. Our experienced tour leaders know the travel destination you have chosen like no other and will promote & increase the level of contact with the local population. They usually guide you in their native language: English - French - German - Dutch - Spanish or Italian and often also have a basic knowledge of the local language in the country you are traveling.

Virtual Assistants

Since 2023, we have also started a Virtual Travel Guidance Service Center. Our experience has taught us that more and more travellers aged 50-60 are satisfied only with technical support via social media during the course of their journey. Our service center is available and accessible every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Urgent questions or concerns from each traveler are immediately addressed online (via WhatsApp) and find a solution within 5 minutes of request. Of course we can again assist our valued customer in their native language. By choosing virtual tour guide assistance, you will at the same time save significantly on your travel budget.

Tailor Made Travel

100% " A la carte " customization - we will develop a very complex and highly personalized travel planning schedule for you. Every trip is unique and has therefore been exclusively tailored only for you! We provide the first summary phase of the trip planning process (full working day of labor for our product managers) completely FREE OF CHARGE. In a subsequent phase and for the further detailed development of your personalized trip (a full week of labor is required), we will ask for a travel advance. The travel deposit will be deducted from your final bill if you confirm the trip with us and pay in full.

Travel Plan - Price Quote

You will receive a detailed price quote (CPQ) from us no later than 48 hours after your request! Considering the labor intensity and complexity of any travel planning process, we can be proud to say that such fast and speedy service has not yet been imitated by any of our colleagues in the travel industry. In order to minimize the burden on our logistics services, we kindly ask you to limit the number of adjustments you make to your initial travel plan and to decide as quickly as possible whether you would like to continue working with us.
