OUR MISSION & Vision

In an unprecedented age of AI, SMILE Troupe empowers preteens and teens through a variety of peer-led, human-interactive clubs, in way AI simply cannot replace. 

Founded in summer 2025 by sisters Baylee and Lydia Marcin, SMILE Troupe was created with a clear purpose: to provide consistent, engaging opportunities for youth to develop confidence, resilience, leadership while fostering human connection in a screen-driven world.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every teen has the opportunity to explore their interests, develop confidence, and thrive physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially, surrounded by peers, mentors, and a community that believes in us.
