Lady Matadors Volleyball: More Than a Team
The Lady Matadors High School Volleyball team represents more than just athletic talent—they represent the heart of our community. Built on hard work, trust, and a close bond, these athletes lift each other up on and off the court. Their impact reaches beyond high school, as they mentor and inspire our middle school players at Shea, laying the foundation for the future of the program. Together, they’re not only building a winning tradition, but also growing a family of volleyball that strengthens our schools and community year after year.
The purpose of the Booster Club is to support the program, which includes the Coaches, Varsity, JV, and Freshman teams. We are a non-profit organization solely of volunteers. We offer a variety of ways people can lend a hand and encourage everyone to participate whether in concessions sales, fundraising, and event planning. Through the donations of both time and finances, we are able to provide the athletes an enjoyable experience with the program, such as team bonding events, game day celebrations, ability to play in tournaments, meals for travel games, away game snacks, game day film, an end-of-season awards ceremony & banquet, and oh so much more.
The Booster Club is primarily funded through donations from individuals and businesses and through fundraising activities.
The Booster Club is made up of parents, siblings, grandparents, teachers, and others throughout the community. All are welcome, no experience is necessary!
Too late!! You already joined when your daughter made the team! But, you can decide how much time and what level of involvement you can provide.
The Booster Club is excited to be working on your behalf to make this year’s Volleyball Program GREAT! Working together, we can make this a fun and memorable experience for our players!
