Dear Potential Sponsor,
The Shadow Mountain Volleyball Booster Club is a volunteer parent organization that supports the activities of the Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Volleyball teams at Shadow Mountain High School by providing equipment and supplies for the teams that the school is unable to provide due to continued education funding constraints. This letter is being sent to request your consideration for sponsorship of this effort.
Our organization recognizes the importance of providing valued support to our program for the Shadow Mountain High School volleyball players to grow and develop critical personal and physical skills through participation in team athletics. One of the fundraising activities that we believe offers the most visibility and greatest value to local businesses is the purchase of a banner that hangs in the Matador Arena and advertises that business.
Banners are full color in 4’ x 6’ dimensions with hem and grommets, and will be displayed on the wall of the Matador Arena. Final artwork is provided by the business and is preferred to be in vector format (.ai); however, we can also accept either .pdf or .jpg artwork in a resolution of 300dpi or higher.
Once the season has concluded, the banner will continue to be displayed for other sports and extracurricular activities that take place in the arena through the school year.

Donations will help support our program by funding the provide team gear, cover game day meals and snacks, support our homecoming float, fund Senior Night, and offset banquet and administrative costs.
