• Computer Use Agreements are due back to your Homeroom teacher prior to January 23rd, 2019 in order to receive a Chromebook to take home.
• After you fill out the Google Form and Turn In the Signed Parent Consent Form to Ms. Wise, she will be able to issue you the Sprint Hot Spot.
