Varsity Head Coach

Coach Ron has been coaching high school football for 11 years. He started his coaching career at Centennial High School where he coached for 3 years and then moved to Shadow Mountain and has been our head coach for the last 8 years. 

Coach Ron has been married for 20 years with have 3 awesome kids (2 girls 1 boy).

Freshman/Sophomore Coach

Coach Heff is a 2001 Shadow Mountain graduate, where he played football all 4 years.  After graduation he started coaching at the Freshman and JV levels at Shadow until 2004.  In 2014 he came back as the Freshman Line Coach and quickly moved up to Varsity Offensive Line Coach. Shortly after, in 2019, we welcomed him as the Head Freshman/Sophomore Coach.
