I am currently Head of Impact and Strategy at Class 13, co-chair of Social Researchers of Colour, and a trustee for Dartington Service Design Lab.
My previous work experience includes the National Centre for Social Research, Youth Futures Foundation, Frontline, and Queen Mary University of London. I also hold a PhD in Linguistics.
I believe strongly in purpose-driven evaluation activities that inform impactful programme design. I have designed, delivered and commissioned a broad range of evaluations of interventions seeking to tackle social problems affecting children and young people. I also have extensive experience conducting qualitative research exploring race and ethnicity, youth identities, and linguistic practices.Â
