In SMERP, SM refers to Software Myanmar Co.,Ltd and ERP refers to Enterprise Resource Planning.

SMERP is customized software that built with quality developers of Software Myanmar Co.,Ltd.

Accounting, Sale, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Production and Restaurant are the most popular modules in SMERP.

Minor releases : small and regular updates weekly.

Major releases : sweeping new upgrades monthly.

Emergency : sudden and unplanned hotfixes immediately.

There are no limitations in business, shop, branch, user, staff, device, inventory, location, etc. You can use SMERP unlimitedly.

You will have three times for free training during the office hours (9AM - 5PM) from Monday to Friday. If you over more than 3 times, you must pay extra service fees.

You can use Developer Services during the office hours and you can export and import Excel files on your own from 8:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

(a) Custom Software

(f) ICT Consultant

We are suitably qualified individual with a comprehensive knowledge of ICT (Information & Comminication Technology). We consultant works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. We work to improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems.

(a) First Level Customer Service.

Client will provide first level customer service to all Users, namely, User sign-ups and cancellations; issuing User login information and passwords; answering general customer service questions.

(b) Second Level Technical Support.

Developer will provide second level technical support to Client relating to the Website which will include email, and phone support between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except Holidays.
