Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Bologna, Program Director of Degree in Business Administration, and Adjunct Director of Management Department (Bologna headquarters). After my Degree in Economics, I completed my PhD in Financial Markets at the University of Siena. I was Academic Visiting at London School of Economics and PhD Visiting at Bayes Business School. My research interests are in Corporate Governance, Family Firms, Empirical Asset Pricing, and the role of Geography in Corporate Finance.
