Report 1: 9/8: In the first two weeks of CPE 487 "Digital System Design" we have worked on learning the very basics of the VHDL language, and what an FPGA is. Outside of class, we also read the first 3 chapters of the textbook to reinforce what we learned about hardware description language in class. Last week we were assigned to create our course website and this week we have been assigned to create our first weekly report.

Report 9: 11/3: Met with group via zoom to discuss project ideas.
Report 10: 11/10: Group 3 decided to create a "Space Invaders" like game in VHDL for our semester project.
Report 11: 11/17: designated roles for space invaders project with group 3.
Report 12: 11/24: began framework for Space Invaders project.
Report 13: 12/1: Finished fully functional Space Invaders framework (playable game) with a few bugs.
Report 14: 12/8: Finished implementing all labs with group 3 and ran them on FPGA. Link.
Report 15: 12/14: Figured out how to change size of aliens in game without breaking alien hit-boxes.
