Spreader Rental
In our operation, we have 10 pull behind fertilizer applicators. We rent these by the ton, they hold a variance of 4-5 ton of fertilizer. We also have a lime spreader for rent, we rent this by the ton also. Below I have outlined our spreader options:
PTO type with hydraulic press wheel.
Ground driven spreader.
Full hydraulic spreader.
Lime spreader.
Ground drive top dress nitrogen applicator.
Full PTO Spreader.
Give us a call if your interested in this service. Keep in mind we have a limit on how far these spreaders can travel away from our site.
STRAIGHT RATE APPLICATION
In our fleet we have two flotation applicators that can perform straight spread fertilizer application. These machines apply the desired rate across the field. Rates applied vary as you will need to do soil testing to get a good idea of what the ground is needing. We do charge an application rate per acre. VARIABLE RATE APPLICATION
Introduced in 2019, we are able to perform variable rate fertilizer applications. Our facility doesn't perform soil testing and compiling of RX maps. Clients have worked with local crop services to obtain these maps, that service will then email those files to us. An example of the map is displayed beside this text. Variable rate is an economic way to cut down on costs as well as focus on areas that are needing more fertilizer than other parts of the field. NITROGEN TOP DRESS APPLICATION - CORN
In our fleet we operate a 2015 Rogator Hi-Clearance Machine to perform our top dress applications. This machine has 4-wheel steering capabilities that cuts down on the smashing of crop as the back wheels follow the same track as the front when the machine is turning on the end rows. This allows for additional nitrogen to be spread for the corn to utilize in the critical growth stages. If your interested in having corn top dressed give us a call!
NITROGEN TOP DRESS APPLICATION - WHEAT
Our high clearance machine is also used to top dress nitrogen over wheat as well. This machine has 4-wheel steering capabilities that cuts down on the smashing of crop as the back wheels follow the same track as the front when the machine is turning on the end rows. Also with the narrow wheels that we run with this machine it will knock less wheat down than a floatation unit. If your interested in having nitrogen spread over wheat give us a call!
LIME APPLICATION
In our fleet we have two flotation applicators that can perform lime applications. Our units can apply 2-3 ton per acre, depending on what is needed in the field from the soil test. Our business also facilitates variable rate lime applications. RX maps and files will need to be sent to us to perform variable rate applications.
