Surveys and Mapping Division Region 3 is one of the divisions under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 3 which is responsible for the verification and approval of survey plans within region 3. It is composed of five sections which are the Aggregates and Correction Section, Land Records Section, Land Evaluation and Surveys Section, Original and Other Surveys Section, and Surveys and Control Sections; and two special projects sections which are the Land Administration and Management System (LAMS) Section and RRG/RCCO Section

ONLINE REQUEST OF LAND SURVEY RECORDS.mp4For requests of land records (approved survey plan, lot data computations/ lot descriptions, other supporting documents inside the survey envelope) and cadastral maps kindly visit the Downloadables tab and fill in the request form. Please follow the instruction shown in the video or for inquiries you may email lrsdenr3@gmail.com for land records and sacsdenr3@gmail.com for cadastral maps. The google forms are online from 9:00AM to 3:00PM during Mondays to Thursdays and 9:00AM to 1:00PM during Fridays; and offline during weekends and holidays.
