Additionally, the role supports proper reporting and other assigned duties as needed.

The Registration Department is responsible for the processing and completion of all business registration requirements, permits, licenses, renewals, and amendments. This includes coordination with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, DENR, DOLE, LGUs, PhilGEPS, and other regulatory bodies. The department ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all registration-related transactions.

The Documentation Department is responsible for the processing, preparation, monitoring, and submission of all client-related documents to various government agencies. This includes ensuring document completeness, accuracy, proper labeling, tracking, and timely submission. The department handles transactions involving permits, licenses, registrations, renewals, and other compliance requirements.

The PCAB Department is responsible for the processing, monitoring, and maintenance of PCAB-related licenses, registrations, renewals, and compliance requirements. The department ensures timely submission of documents, coordination with clients, and adherence to PCAB rules and regulatory standards.

The Collection Department is responsible for the proper collection, monitoring, and reconciliation of client payments. This includes coordinating collection schedules, tracking outstanding balances, issuing receipts, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. The department is also responsible for maintaining accurate collection records while ensuring professional client relations.

The Records Department is responsible for the systematic organization, safekeeping, tracking, and management of all company and client records. This includes maintaining physical and digital files, monitoring encoded documents, managing Books of Accounts, and ensuring proper document control, filing systems, and data security.
Accurate encoding and processing of client financial and business records, including receipts, VAT Relief summaries, and other accounting-related data. The department ensures data accuracy, completeness, proper encoding procedures, and timely submission of encoded reports for review and processing.

The position is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, creating promotional materials and content, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all marketing outputs. It also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and updates, and supporting the development of marketing strategies and improvements.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the overall management of employee-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records management, employee relations, performance monitoring, attendance control, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
