Welcome Reception (June 28th): Join us for cocktails at the Montreal Planetarium, featuring complimentary access to their world-class shows and exhibits. We have also secured special pricing for the full Espace pour la vie complex (including the Biodôme and Botanical Gardens) for those who wish to explore the site earlier in the day.
Conference Banquet (July 2nd): An evening of fine dining at L’Ambroisie, located within the historic Château Saint-Ambroise along the scenic Lachine Canal. You can sign up for the banquet alongside your conference registration (more information to come!).

Montreal Jazz Festival: The conference overlaps with the iconic Montreal Jazz Festival. We encourage you to look at the program in advance to buy tickets and plan for events you don’t want to miss throughout the week!
Canada Day Festivities: Wednesday, January 1st is Canada’s national holiday. Festivities (including fireworks) will be free to enjoy at Montreal's Old Port, easily accessible by public transport. The conference will have a half-day break, leaving you free to take part!
Local Flavors: Expect a variety of "goodies" and catered meals from local vendors, highlighting the unique culinary culture of Montreal.
