SMB Smart Medical Billing users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
To request account deletion:
Send an email to: aymantechapps@gmail.com
Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email address and mobile number.
What data will be deleted:
User account information
Shop information
Billing records
Inventory records
Customer records
Cloud backup data associated with the account
Data Retention:
Some records may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.
