Shatter Client is a Smash Hit mod that loads segments, rooms and levels from your computer over your local network, without needing to build a new .apk, allowing you to quickly test changes.
Also check out Shatter OSS for the level editor.

To use Shatter Test Client, export your work in progress segment to the Quick Test Server by clicking Shatter β Export to quick test or using the keyboard shortcut Shift + Alt + E. After that is done, start the Shatter Test Client app on your phone.
If this is your first time running the app β or your computer's IP address has changed β then you will need to set your IP address. To do this, click the Select IP button at the bottom center of the main menu. After that, find the Scene tab in Shatter, look for the Quick Test panel, and type the IP address from there.
After entering your IP address and clicking the tick mark, you can click the Start button in Smash Hit and your segment will be downloaded from your computer and played in the app.
To test any new changes you have made to your segment, export your segment to the server again and restart the level in Smash Hit. Your changes will show up immediately!
For a more comprehensive preview of your work, you can also test any level found in the APK loaded in APK Editor Studio or from your manually set assets directory.
To do so, click the Set Level button in the bottom right corner (it's next to the options gear), type the name of the level you would like to test on the keyboard, and then click the tick button to accept. If you have typed the internal name of a valid level, it should load when you press Start.
You can also view a list of level available by clicking the hamburger menu at the top left of the input pad.
